CEO of Harrod CPA Group, Randy Harrod is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia and is certified by the National Association of Valuation Analysts. Residing in Deland, Florida, Randy has 26 years experience in corporate accounting with 18 years experience in multi-corporation accounting operations in the healthcare field. He began his career as an accountant and partner with Gerald Herring and Company, P.C. coordinating and managing the firm's automated write-up practices and assisting with certified audits.

After spending ten years with Herring, Randy joined Medicare Rental Supply, a Georgia based healthcare company, as Chief Operating Officer, managing daily operations, negotiating contracts for 34 retail locations and managing accounting services. In 1991 Randy joined InHome Medical, a Florida based group of affiliated Healthcare and Pharmacy companies designing, implementing and managing all centralized accounting, management information systems, and internal control policies and procedures for 15 corporations. He was instrumental in instituting a corporate development strategy resulting in a $10 million increase in pharmacy revenues in less than two years.

As accounting manager of the Southeastern North American operations for International Healthcare Group's VitalAire Healthcare, Randy spearheaded a group to analyze business processes and develop "best practices" in all areas of billing and accounts receivable management. He coordinated the transition of financial reporting and accounting from a Novell platform to IBM AS400 system and was instrumental in instituting an effective financial reporting strategy reducing month end reporting from a 45-day to 4-day process.

His advanced knowledge in financial administration, accounting administration, operations and telecommunications integration bring the right mix to direct the virtual executive management services offered by Harrod CPA Group which he founded in 2000 to offer financial, operational and management experience to small and mid-sized business organizations through a web based solution.
