 Randy Harrod, CPA
Randy Harrod founded his accounting firm in 2000 to offer financial, operational and management experience to small and mid-sized business organizations through a web-based solution. Randy has 30 years experience in corporate accounting with 25 years experience in multi-corporation accounting operations. Prior to the formation of his firm, Randy served as CFO for a Florida-based group of affiliated Healthcare and Pharmacy companies designing, implementing and managing all centralized accounting, management information systems, and internal control policies and procedures for 15 corporations. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia (1983) and Florida (1991). He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Valdosta State University. Randy is married to his wife Linda and they have one daughter, Christie, who is a student at the University of Florida. Randy is an ordained Deacon, actively serving as a Bible-study leader and Financial Advisor for his Church.
 Lisa Edwards, CPA
Lisa Edwards joined the firm in 2010 bringing 20 years of diverse accounting management experience to the practice with specialized knowledge in the non-profit sector as well as corporate accounting. Lisa’s experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies to assist with budgeting, accounting, and mergers. In addition she has worked with small and medium sized businesses. Lisa also spent 10 years serving as Director of Accounting for several non-profit organizations. Lisa graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina in 1987, and passed the CPA exam in 1989. She is licensed as a CPA in both Florida and Texas. Lisa has two children and loves cheering them on at soccer games as well as being involved in her local church. |
